- Who are Fagou Trading
We are based in the North East of England and service
the whole of the UK from here and our distribution
facility. We have exclusive rights for the UK from
the manufacturer of these Fagous which are higher
quality than some others that you might see on the
market. We have high priority access to the
manufacturing facility ensuring a fast turnaround on
orders for spares and accessories

Why is cooking on a Fagou better than other
barbecues?
For everyone who has cooked on a barbecue you will know
that it is very easy to burn the food on the outside
without cooking it properly on the inside. This
can be very dangerous for cooking some meats, especially
pork and chicken. By cooking on rotating spits you
can ensure that the meat will be cooked without burning
on the outside and the spit will also cook the meat from
the inside. Juices are retained in meat and the
whole cooking experience is easy as you don't even need
to stand over the Fagou while cooking is taking place

- What guarantee do I get?
All our Fagou's are guaranteed for a period of 12 months
from purchase against defects in construction. Our
guarantee does not cover misuse, deliberate damage or
snapped skewers

What batteries does the automatic mechanisms take?
D or R20 ( or the big fat round ones) if you can't see
the code. 1 per unit. we recommend that you
remove the battery from the unit when not in use

- Are batteries included?
No, sorry. In order to keep costs down we do not
supply batteries. Most D sized batteries are
supplied in two so it makes more sense for yout to buy
them so you can have a spare ready for extended cooking
time
