Chicken Kebabs
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 ripe but firm tomatoes, quartered
- 1 green pepper, cored, deseeded and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- small button mushrooms
- Mix together the cubes of chicken, garlic, yoghurt,
olive oil, salt, and pepper and chill for 4 to 5 hours
(or overnight if possible).
- Light the charcoal in the ‘Fagou’ in good time so
that the flames die down and the most intense heat
passes before cooking (generally about 15 to 20 mins).
- Thread the chicken onto the small skewers,
alternating with the green pepper, tomato, onion and
mushrooms.
- When the charcoal is ready, place the skewers on the
‘Fagou’ and switch on the motor. Sit back and …….
