Fiery Chicken Kebabs

Fiery Chicken Kebabs
  • 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons fresh root ginger, finely grated
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
     
  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil, paprika, chilli powder, ginger, lemon juice, and coriander.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cubes of chicken into the dish, stirring them into the mixture.
  4. Cover the dish and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Light the charcoal in the ‘Fagou’ in good time so that the flames die down and the most intense heat passes before cooking (generally about 15 to 20 mins).
  6. Thread the chicken onto the small skewers and when the charcoal is ready, place the skewers on the ‘Fagou’ and switch on the motor. Sit back and….
