Fiery Chicken Kebabs
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh root ginger, finely grated
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
- In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil,
paprika, chilli powder, ginger, lemon juice, and
coriander.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cubes of chicken into the dish, stirring
them into the mixture.
- Cover the dish and leave to marinate for at least 1
hour.
- Light the charcoal in the ‘Fagou’ in good time so
that the flames die down and the most intense heat
passes before cooking (generally about 15 to 20 mins).
- Thread the chicken onto the small skewers and when
the charcoal is ready, place the skewers on the ‘Fagou’
and switch on the motor. Sit back and….
